This week I’ve been looking at the language we use and the structure of positive thinking. So, what’s the easiest way put all that together?
A good beginning would be to step into a positive attitude each morning, as soon as you wake up start the day with an affirmation. You could try something like;
‘ I step into my positive self, with an open mind and find enjoyment/fulfilment throughout the day.”
Or maybe you have something else you want to say.
Though out your day you will be faced with many different situations, when things get difficult stop for a moment and ask yourself if you could handle things differently, is there a better way for you?
